offer a lifetime guarantee on most of our wooden toys, building blocks,
and puzzles.
That
means that if you ever become dissatisfied with one of our wooden blocks
or puzzle pieces because it chips, splits, peels, cracks, or otherwise
breaks, we'll replace the piece.
Simply
return the unsatisfactory piece to us and we'll replace it! You have every
reason to have confidence that our wooden toys and building blocks are
of outstanding quality. They are intended to be handed down from generation
to generation - and they're built that way!
As you
can imagine, we are quite sure that you won't need to use our guarantee...but,
it's nice to know it's there :-)

by KidKraft have a 120 manufacturer's warranty. GuideCraft and KidKraft
furniture do not have a lifetime guarantee but a 120 day warranty.
Gund,
Baby Gund, Folkmania, & Manhattan Toy products and other soft toys
are not included in the guarantee.
