We offer a lifetime guarantee on all of our wooden toys, building blocks, and puzzles.
That means that if you ever become dissatisfied with one of our blocks or puzzle pieces because it chips, splits, peels, cracks, or otherwise breaks, we'll replace the piece.
Simply return the unsatisfactory piece to us and we'll replace it! We'll even pay for the return postage. You have every reason to have confidence that our wooden toys and building blocks are of outstanding quality. They are intended to be handed down from generation to generation - and they're built that way!
If the damaged piece is no longer manufactured then we will replace the piece with something comparable. If that cannot be done, we will replace the entire item with something comparable. For lost puzzles pieces...just ask us. If we have a replacement piece for you, we'll send it!
As you can imagine, we are quite sure that you won't need to use our guarantee...but, it's nice to know it's there :-)
